What if I receive a package that has a broken item in it?

Can a discount be applied if purchasing items in bulk?

Yes. All of our merchandise is new and we do not carry any used items.

No. We only ship to the 48 states in the Continental U.S. because shipping outside of the U.S. is very costly and takes a long time for the merchandise to be received.

No. Not at this time. We are considering adding Google Checkout at a later date. Some exceptions may be made with money orders if you e-mail us before you place an order. We may agree to accept a money order but, you would need to contact us first to discuss it.

We normally ship out within 1-2 business days after an order is placed and payment is received. From there it normally takes an additional 4 days for it to be delivered to you by UPS. Weather may play a part. We can let you know your expected delivery day after your order is placed.

Shipping cost will appear when you proceed to Paypal to pay for your order. This is explained in Terms and Conditions.

You can contact us and tell us what merchandise you would like to purchase in bulk and we can discuss if a discount can be applied.
